01 / Information you provide
When you email us or book a consultation, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, scheduling preferences and information about your business. Please share only information needed for the consultation and avoid sending passwords, customer records or sensitive personal information.
02 / How information is used
Information you provide is used to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver consultations, understand your business needs, discuss AI opportunities, coordinate agreed referrals and manage service-related communications. Where legally required, we ask for consent before using information for another purpose.
03 / Bookings and third-party services
Booking, consultation and contact links take you to Calendly. Information you enter there is handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy and terms. If payment is requested through a booking provider, its payment provider handles the transaction and has its own privacy terms. External services may process information outside India.
04 / Website data and cookies
Website hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information when your browser connects. Error diagnostics may include the page path and error details. Third-party booking pages may use their own cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser and review the privacy notices on those external services.
05 / Sharing and referrals
Information may be shared with service providers where needed to deliver a service or meet legal obligations. Before making a referral that involves sharing your contact or business details, we will seek your permission. You can choose not to have your details shared.
06 / Business confidentiality and AI tools
Do not submit confidential third-party data unless you are authorised to share it. Any use of your business information with an external AI tool, or any access to your business systems, should be agreed as part of the engagement before that information is provided.
07 / Retention and security
Information is kept only as needed for the purpose for which it was provided, ongoing engagements and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the relevant service provider. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
08 / Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you have shared, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and identity verification. For information held directly by Calendly or a payment provider, you may also need to contact that provider.
09 / Children and policy updates
Our business consulting services are intended for adults, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us. This policy may be revised as services or legal requirements change; the latest version will appear here with an updated date.
