01 / Consultation scope
A 1:1 AI strategy consultation focuses on understanding your business, identifying where AI can help and discussing a route to scale. The advertised consultation is ₹2,500 for 60 minutes. Building, installing or maintaining AI systems is not included in this consultation fee unless expressly agreed in writing.
02 / Bookings and payment
Appointments are booked through Calendly. Review the date, time zone, price and any payment instructions shown before confirming. Any additional costs or separately scoped work must be agreed before purchase. A booking is subject to the confirmation provided by the booking service.
03 / Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Review any cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions presented during booking before paying. If these conditions are not shown or you need clarification, contact us before completing the booking. For changes to an existing appointment or a service issue, contact us with your booking details. Nothing in these terms removes any refund or other rights available under applicable consumer law.
04 / Referral after consultation
After a completed consultation, you receive a guaranteed referral from Diwakar Reddy. Any sharing of your personal or business details requires your permission. A referral is an introduction or recommendation, not a guarantee that a third party will accept an engagement or that you will receive a sale, investment, employment or other commercial result. Third-party services and fees are separate.
05 / Your responsibilities
Provide accurate business information, attend at the agreed time and share only material you are authorised to disclose. Do not share login credentials or sensitive customer data through general enquiries. You are responsible for evaluating recommendations and ensuring that any implementation meets your business, regulatory and security requirements.
06 / AI advice and outcomes
Recommendations are based on the information available during the consultation. AI systems can make errors and require testing, oversight and ongoing evaluation. Revenue growth, savings, ROI and search rankings are not guaranteed. Website examples are not promises of your results. Consulting does not replace legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
07 / Separate implementation engagements
Any AI development, integration, training or ongoing support requires a separate written scope covering deliverables, fees, timelines, third-party costs, data handling and ownership. If you enter a separate service agreement, that agreement governs the services it specifically covers.
08 / Intellectual property and confidentiality
You retain ownership of the business information and materials you provide. Website content and existing Solvode AI materials may not be copied or resold without permission, except where permitted by law. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables should be specified in the separate engagement agreement. Confidentiality requirements should be agreed before sensitive information is shared.
09 / Third-party services and liability
Calendly, payment providers and recommended AI services operate under their own terms. Their availability, pricing and performance are outside our control. Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
10 / Applicable law and changes
These terms are subject to applicable Indian law, including mandatory consumer protections. Please contact us first with any concern so we can try to resolve it. Updated terms will be posted on this page; changes do not retrospectively alter an existing booking or signed agreement without agreement or a legal requirement.
